RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Back-up Class A CDL Driver in St. Louis, MO.

This full-time role supports warehouse operations and, when needed, drives 53' tractor-trailers to serve our customer base. The position offers first shift, Monday-Friday, with a focus on safety and accuracy. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 1–3 years driving experience, ability to pass DOT drug tests and background checks, and a Federal Medical Card.

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL
• 1–3 years driving experience
• Ability to pass DOT drug tests and background checks
• Federal Medical Card required

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck before and after trips and complete DVIRs
• Assist customers with verifying quantities and products delivered
• Collect payments for goods delivered per ship ticket
• Maintain driver logs per DOT and company rules
• Operate safely within regulations and company policies
• Keep equipment clean and well-maintained
• Uphold safety protocols and PPE usage
• Support warehouse operations when not driving
