RJ Schinner Co., Inc. in St. Louis is hiring a Warehouse Associate who also serves as back-up Class A CDL Driver on 1st shift. This full-time role supports shipping, receiving, order pulling, and occasional 53' tractor-trailer coverage, with DOT safety requirements.

Candidates must have 1 year of warehouse experience, 1 year stand-up forklift, valid Class A CDL, pass DOT drug tests, and be able to lift 50–75 lbs. RF scanners are used to track inventory and ensure accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment and random drug tests.
• Ability to pass driving history and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Receive, pick and transport product per company standards.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed, including PPE and equipment checks.
