Job Overview

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will be a vital part of our Supply Chain team, focusing on online order fulfillment for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s customers. What You Will Do

• Receiving and Unloading: Safely receive, prepare, put away, pick, sort, pack, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Technology: Use PCs, handheld computers, RF equipment, and learn system functions related to warehouse operations.
• Equipment: Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and foster an environment of respect and inclusion.

Who You Are

• No formal education or experience required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational instructions.
• Adaptable and proactive in meeting customer needs.
• Proficient with computers and handheld devices.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and reach above eye level.
• Involves frequent movement, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Visual and auditory acuity to ensure safety and perform job functions.
