Cencora, a leader in health solutions, is hiring for a warehouse support role in the US distribution network operated through AmerisourceBergen. The role focuses on temperature-controlled materials, inventory integrity, and accurate documentation to ensure compliant order readiness.

Shift options include Monday–Friday 10am–8:30pm or Sunday–Wednesday 10am–8:30pm or Sunday 10am to finish with finish times. Pay starts at $19/hr with opportunities up to $21/hr via incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations processes from receiving to shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock movement tracking, and traceability.
• Experience handling temperature-controlled materials.
• Understanding of shipment documentation and recordkeeping.
• Ability to identify on-hold or non-conforming materials.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safe handling practices.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows.

• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-.

This role is role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Available Shifts

Shift Details: Monday -Friday 10am to 8:30pm or until finish

Shift Details: Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8:30pm or until finish

Pay Details: Pay starting at $19/hr with potential for up to 21.00/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses

Responsibilities

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience using equipment in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
