Core Responsibilities

• Handling & Movement: Safely load, unload, and move large and small furniture orders and inventory. Manually lift items up to 75 lbs unassisted and team‑lift up to 150 lbs.
• Technology & Inventory: Use scanners, handheld devices (e.g., Nexus), and warehouse software to track, process, and update inventory and order locations.
• Quality & Preparation: Perform quality control tasks, including inspecting, assembling, repackaging, labeling, and sorting to prevent damage before shipping.
• MHE Operation: When certified, safely operate various MHE such as order pickers, electronic pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Safety & Teamwork: Strictly adhere to safety procedures, maintain a clean, organized work area (5S), and promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Physical Capability: Stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full shift (8+ hrs) in a dynamic, non‑climate‑controlled warehouse.
• Must frequently lift and move merchandise up to 75+ lbs unassisted.
• Strong English reading and comprehension skills.
• Minimum 6 months of cherry picker, order picker, or related MHE experience required.
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 40 ft).
• Preferred: Prior warehouse or logistics experience; High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical: Basic use of computers, tablets, and handheld inventory devices.
