Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support professional in Indiana to monitor temperature-sensitive materials, manage inventory records, and ensure compliant shipment documentation. The role requires a high school diploma and up to two years in warehouse operations, with CSCP preferred for advancement.

Shifts run Monday–Friday or other listed schedules; starting pay is $19/hour with opportunities to earn more through performance incentives and bonuses. Full-time, on-site role.

• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely resolution.

This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.

Shift Details: Monday -Friday 10am to 8:30pm or until finish

Pay Details

Pay starting at$19/hr with potential for up to 23.03/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience using equipment in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
