Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards per department.
• Lift, push, pull, and move objects 10–50 lbs; up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach; may climb ladders or stairs.
• Protect workplace safety and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming stock; assess damages.
• Maintain clear inventory records and fill customer orders accurately.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system and organize space.
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment; record shipment times.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are met.
