About the Role

In this role, you will work in an energized, fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with peers to prepare and move merchandise according to established safety, production, and accuracy standards and employment guidelines. You will be Customer Curious as you maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the Distribution Center to deliver outstanding products to our customers.

• Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
• Ensure consistency in the quality of your work while meeting performance metrics, creating a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions.
• Work under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Work in multiple departments as assigned while meeting performance metrics.

Who You Are

• Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack cartons, while standing or walking for up to 12 hours.
• May be required to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., depending on the work assignment.
• Able to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn standard operating procedures through on-the-job training, including operating power industrial vehicles (PIV) where applicable.
• Independently log in to a computer and operate digital tablets or electronic wearable devices.
• Complete a self-guided orientation on the computer or digital tablet.
• Possess a basic level of English, or Spanish or French, written and spoken, to communicate with supervisors and understand safety signage and protocols.
• Employees fluent in Spanish or French can be accommodated with translated documents, interviews, onboarding materials, and other supports to facilitate successful integration.
