Job summary

Core-Mark, a leading distributor of fresh and broadline products to convenience retailers in North America, is seeking warehouse associates to support efficient operations in our distribution centers across the U.S. The role involves order picking, packing, stock replenishment, and ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the shift.

You will retrieve products, label and document shipments, and maintain inventory while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10–35 pounds, up to 60–90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler/freezer/dry).
• Able to get certified in forklift operation and Electrical-Pallet Jack.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves product per customer orders and packs.
• Restocks order selection zones and consolidates merchandise.
• Stacks orders securely according to delivery route.
• Applies shipping labels and completes inventory paperwork.
• Maintains orderly workstation and returns supplies.
• Records materials and inventory levels.
• Follows safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Base Pay starts at $17/hour + incentive performance pay (up to $300 extra/week!)
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
• Shift: Start time 2pm and goes until work is complete

Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

The Full Case retrieves product, stacks orders for delivery, and monitors inventory levels within the warehouse. Directs, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves product in accordance with printed customer orders and packing products.
• Restocks order selection zones as necessary and consolidating merchandise.
• Stacks orders securely according to sequence of delivery route.
• Applies shipping ID labels to products and completing paperwork related to inventory process.
• Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Records materials and inventory levels.
• Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience

Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry

Able to get certified in forklift operation and Electrical-Pallet Jack

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Preferred qualifications

1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience

Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
