Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC Phoenix is seeking candidates for a warehouse operations role at our distribution center. The selected individual will perform various warehouse activities to support the Adult Rehabilitation Program, collaborating with a team to ensure smooth program operations.

The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in their journey to complete our rehabilitation program. ABOUT OUR OPERATIONS TEAM

Together we can continue to serve and impact our local community, through the commitment to “Do The Most Good” at our Phoenix Distribution Center, which supports the Adult Rehabilitation Program. This is an opportunity to work as team and utilize your skills to perform various warehouse activities, while contributing to the success of our Program and its participants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or equivalent required. Able to provide a copy of HS diploma or GED certificate
• Demonstrated competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience.
• Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks
