Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a dedicated team member for our Phoenix Distribution Center Operations Team. This role supports warehouse activities that help the Adult Rehabilitation Program and its participants, including sorting and transporting merchandise.

Full-time schedule with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; we offer benefits such as medical, dental, and vision, retirement, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competency in the required skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience.
• Ability to read and write and understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sorting product efficiently and properly according to TSA policy standards.
• Providing quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Identifying products correctly and directing them to the proper department for processing.
• Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials.
• Performing other written or verbal duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Administrator, or their designated representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SCHEDULE

Work schedules are determined by management and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Full-time employees may be scheduled for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
