Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Break Pack Sorter at our Houston facility. You'll hand sort reusable cardboard boxes to grade and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role is on 2nd shift, 4:00pm–2:30am, with pay $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include stacking on pallets, loading/unloading, inspecting quality, securing pallets, documenting production, and communicating with the shift lead. Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• High attention to safety to prevent incidents.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Warehouse/general labor experience preferred.

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Check finished pallets are properly secured prior to moving.
• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility.

• Accurately complete all production paperwork.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager to provide regular updates.
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and standards of production.

What You'll Do

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto designated pallets to appropriate height

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• High degree of attention required to avoid safety incidents
• Ability to work overtime if/when necessary
• Previous experience with warehouse labor, general labor, construction, material handling, material moving is preferred

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
