Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC in Brookhaven, MS is hiring a Break Pack Sorter to hand sort reusable cardboard boxes, ensure safe work areas, and maintain production standards.

You'll work Tue-Fri 3:30 PM–2:00 AM with hourly pay of $15.00, access to daily pay, and opportunities for overtime, benefits, and long-term career advancement in a dynamic pallet management environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to safety to avoid incidents.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto pallets to designated height.
• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Check finished pallets are properly secured prior to moving.
• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility.
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves.
• Accurately complete all production paperwork.
• Communicate updates to Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager with regularity.
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and standards of production.

Overview

As a Break Pack Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort reusable cardboard boxes to grade and ensure a clean and safe working area is maintained.

Hourly Pay:

$15.00/hr

Shift(s):

Tuesday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Location:

Brookhaven, MS

What You'll Do

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto designated pallets to appropriate height

• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards

• Check finished pallets are properly secured prior to moving

• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility

• Assist with coordinating trailer moves

• Accurately complete all production paperwork

• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager to provide regular updates

• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and standards of production

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• High degree of attention required to avoid safety incidents

• Ability to work overtime if/when necessary

• Previous experience with warehouse labor, general labor, construction, material handling, material moving is preferred
