Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Manage warehouse inventory and maintain database.
2. Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products.
3. Implement daily production and shipping plans, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
4. Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
5. Verify item availability for shipping by checking inventory records or conducting inventories.
6. Identify and report slow-moving products; with approval, arrange for their removal.
7. Direct forklift drivers to store goods in designated areas.
8. Handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished products manually as needed.
9. Operate forklift trucks as required.
10. Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and sound judgment regarding inventory.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for operating forklift trucks.
• At least two years of warehouse experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
