About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, pulling, packing, and staging materials and products for distribution. This position ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and assists with the efficient fulfillment of customer orders. The Warehouse Associate works closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments, and may provide support to other company warehouse locations as needed to meet operational demands and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and capable of performing physical work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Must have physical strength and staminato lift, carry, and move heavy materials(up to 50 lb.) consistently throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for handling materials and/or operating warehouse equipment.
• Ability to maintain sufficient visual acuity, with or without reasonable accommodation, to safely navigate the warehouse, identify hazards, read labels and signage, monitor equipment operation, and perform job duties safely and accurately.
• Ability to maintain sufficient hearing ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, hear safety warnings, alarms, vehicle horns, equipment signals, and other auditory cues necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
