Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role in Olive Branch, MS. The position supports materials handling and distribution in a warehouse setting, requiring routine order fulfillment, inventory control, and safe operations of equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or completion of work. The hourly range is $18.50–$19.10, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Material handling equipment experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to drive material handling equipment as required (e.g., cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret, pallet jack, walkie rider).
