Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Skilled Laborers and Construction Professionals to ensure excellent craftsmanship at our manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Construction positions pay weekly.

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:30 am - 3:00 pm

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0-1 year experience operating a forklift
• 0-1 year experience operating a band saw (preferred)
• 0-1 year experience in carpentry or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and meet production standards
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (at least 2 hours, four times a day)
• Capable of twisting, stooping, squatting, reaching above shoulder level, and crouching regularly

Responsibilities:

• Saw operation and maintenance:
• Adjust saw blades, determine cutting procedures, clear jams, remove workpieces, and dispose of waste
• Lubricate and clean machines, replace blades as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
