K&M Tire seeks a Warehouse Employee BackUp Driver to support unloading and loading tires, pull/pick items, and place them in correct locations. The role requires safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety rules in a non climate-controlled warehouse.

You will work under the Warehouse Manager or Team Leader, with opportunities for advancement and a pathway toward lead or management roles. Benefits include 401K, tuition assistance, healthcare, PTO, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Ability to learn tire knowledge and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate forklift, tire cart, pallet jack and order picker.

Responsibilities

• Unloading semi-trailers and assisting the loader for trailers and route trucks.
• Verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products using daily tools safely.
• Ensure tires are in designated locations and restocked as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and safe work practices.
