Job description

The warehouse associate is responsible for various warehouse activities including receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize and maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. Keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed. A successful Warehouse Associate is hard-working, organized and detail-oriented. You should be able to keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintaining supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance and safety
  • Organizing, sorting, and cleaning warehouse and inventory
  • Moving inventory with pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Recording inventory of incoming equipment
  • Keeping accurate data sanitization records and reporting back to businesses
  • Receiving, storing, moving, and packing outgoing inventory
  • Accurately conduct quarterly inventory
  • Take apart computers
  • Sort donations by category
  • Provide accurate counts of items being processed
  • Stack computers on pallets and wrap
  • Understand KPI goals and meet them
  • Maintain clean and organized work space
  • Operate pallet stacker and jack once properly trained
  • Move gaylords / pallets throughout the building safely
  • Ensure items are properly labeled with respect to Company, NAID, and, R2 standards
  • Other duties as assigned
