About The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC): This no-fee program helps men and women complete their rehabilitation journey. We value our employees' contributions to maintaining and improving our programs.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Our Operations Team: Be part of a dedicated retail team at The Salvation Army! Support the South Bay Family Thrift Store and its Adult Rehabilitation Program, enhancing customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort products according to TSA policies
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Identify products and direct them appropriately
  • Transport merchandise safely from the distribution center
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant training or experience
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull, and lift up to 75 lbs
  • Repetitive motion tasks

Schedule: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time coverage required.
