Job summary

OneSource Distributors in California is seeking a Warehouse Associate to read orders, move and stock materials, and prepare parcels for shipping. You will support packing, inventory checks, and may back up as a driver as needed.

The role offers a structured day schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, a non-exempt hourly wage of $20.00-$24.50, and benefits like healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required, or 6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Read orders such as customer, work, shipping and transfer orders to determine products to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Convey material and products from receiving area to storage or other designated areas.
• Scan, sort and place material on racks, shelves and/or bins according to predetermined warehouse location.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves; or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• Complete cycle counts and verify quantities of stock on request.
• Backup driver on an as needed basis.

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required

• 6 months of related experience and/or training; or

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Long and varied hours required occasionally
• Ability to work mandatory physical inventory
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environment
• Ability to work in dusty conditions

Location / Work hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Range

This is non-exempt position that pays $20.00 - $24.50 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
