Job Details

Power-Flo Technologies in Rochester is hiring a warehouse associate/backup driver! This is a full-time, Monday - Friday position with salary range of $16 - $20/hour plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including stock management, order processing, and organization
• Pull and stage orders for shipment
• Maintain inventory
• Operate company vehicles as a backup driver, maintaining a valid driver's license
• Load, unload, and inspect delivery vehicles
• Plan efficient delivery routes
• Obey traffic laws and safety regulations
• Safely deliver orders

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Valid, clean NYS driver's license with a 7-year clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certification
• Good communication skills in English
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience with box trucks (16-18 ft) and flatbed trucks is a plus; no CDL required
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive long distances
• Lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull over 100 pounds
• Work on elevated platforms and climb ladders
• Stand, stoop, bend, kneel, reach as needed
• Exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations
• Good hand-eye coordination and motor skills
