JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/BACK ROOM PROCESSOR

RATE: $16.50/HR

DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION

STATUS: FULL TIME

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand and follow both written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks

Essential Job Duties

1. Sort product efficiently and properly according to TSA policy standards
2. Provide Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages
3. Identify product correctly and direct to proper department for processing
4. Collect merchandise from the distribution center and safely transport materials
5. Follow safety measures established by TSA policy and government regulations
6. Maintain confidentiality as needed for the operation of the program
7. Overtime: Any overtime must have written approval from the supervisor, with the supervisor's initials on the timecard
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Administrator, or their designated representative

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent (required)
• Warehouse, Retail, Back Room Processing experience (required)
