Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our on-site team across all shifts.

You will receive inbound orders, palletize frozen product, perform case-picking, and help load outgoing trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy. This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly bonus program, Daily Pay, forklift certification opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to pass Forklift Operator course and/or forklift certification.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Team player with good communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound orders and palletize product into the freezer.
• Case-pick outbound orders in a frozen environment and load trucks.
• Consistently verify inventory accuracy.
• Manage time to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain regular and on-time attendance.
• Help keep the facility clean and organized.

When you’ll work…

Warehouse Associates are needed across all three shifts:

• 1st shift will work Monday through Saturday, 6am-2:30pm
• 2nd shift will work Monday through Saturday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
• 3rd shift will work Monday through Saturday, 10:00pm- 6:30am

We also are in need of weekend coverage, 6pm-6:30am, Friday through Sunday. Work three 12-hour shifts and get paid for a full 40 hours!

What you’ll do…

• Receive inbound orders and put palleted product into freezer
• Case-pick outbound orders in a frozen environment, build pallets for shipping and load outgoing trucks
• Consistently verify inventory accuracy
• Manage time wisely to meet productivity goals
• Regular and on-time standards are the expectation
• Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of facility

Why you’ll be successful…

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job you can expect to be consistently moving pallets of product in and out of freezer
• Lifting of product at various weights up to 30 pounds.
• Consistently exposed to freezer conditions.
