Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Employment Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Flagship General Manager

Department: Dining Division

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations both on and off the airport site, performing shipping, receiving, unloading trucks, pulling product, packing, delivery, stocking, and maintenance tasks to support various concepts within the platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members, embodying a positive company image.
• Follow grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip-resistant shoes.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with delivery and merchandise movement regulations.
• Manage inventory control processes efficiently, including receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfers.
• Utilize company tools and resources responsibly, respecting security practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately perform inventory transactions using handheld or company equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and process controls diligently.
• Ensure stock security and resolve inventory discrepancies, escalating issues as needed.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety standards, following FIFO processes.
• Manage time effectively and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Food Handlers certification or equivalent, as required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage or retail warehouse/customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-energy environment.
• Basic math skills for handling invoices and transactions.

Position Requirements

• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
