Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Warehouse Associate/Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the project management team in the execution and oversight of solar energy projects, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This position will also be in charge of the Warehouse and Inventory responsibilities, forklift experience is a must have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse and Inventory Management.
  • Coordinate project activities and liaise with team members, clients, and subcontractors
  • Driving a truck to deliver inventory to job sites
  • Forklift experience for loading and unloading trucks
  • Help identify project risks and contribute to problem-solving efforts
  • Assist in scheduling projects, meetings, and other necessary logistics
  • Support the overall project management process and help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is helpful
  • Forklift, Warehouse, and Inventory experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in construction or renewable energy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
