Job summary

GPS Jobs, Inc. is recruiting Warehouse Associates for an as-needed Temp Labor Pool with a manufacturer in Newberry, SC. This position is designed to provide coverage for employee vacations, absences, and fluctuating production needs.

Associates will be contacted on an as-needed basis and offered work when staffing needs arise, with a first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and a $20.00/hour pay rate. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production duties
• Use hand and power tools
• Move, load, and organize materials
• Supply production lines with needed parts
• Assist with inventory and warehouse tasks
• Operate forklifts or order pickers
• Inspect products and materials for quality
• Follow all safety and quality standards
