Job summary

Core-Mark, a Fortune 150 company, seeks warehouse associates to join our distribution network. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, operate scanning equipment, and ensure accuracy and safety across shifts.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting 10–90 pounds, and meeting productivity standards in a multi-temperature environment. The position offers competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour, day-one benefits, and growth opportunities within a supportive team focused on reliability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders to customer specifications.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Identify problems and provide timely feedback; assist in solving issues.

• We have positions available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
• Pay starts at $17.00 per hour (will vary by shift)

Position Summary

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders to the customer's requirement and/or from provided specifications.
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards.
• Self-identifies mistakes, identifies problems and recommends solutions, provides candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization, involves others in problem-solving when needed and see all responsibilities through to a successful completion.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

Preferred qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work or relevant experience
• Electric pallet jack and/or reach forklift a plus
