Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 6:00am to 2:30pm M-F shift. You will pick and pack orders, move materials with pallet jack and forklift, and work in a fast-paced distribution center.

This permanent full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour with biweekly pay, overtime available, and benefits including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders on foot.

We are searching for a Warehouse Order Picker and Packer for our Distribution Center in Vernon Hills, IL Join our growing and dynamic team and help us pick and pack orders. Forklift experience is a plus. Cherry Picker experience is a plus (order picker with harness).

$18.00/HR starting pay - BIWEEKLY PAY

40-hour work week - Monday through Friday Schedule

Overtime is not mandatory, but it is offered regularly to employees.

Required Pre-Employment Screening

Job Type

• Full-Time. Direct-Hire to the Company.
• This is a permanent job with year-round work.

Role Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders on foot with a hand cart
• Material handling with pallet jack and sit-down propane forklift as needed
• Operate cherry picker (order picker with harness) to pick orders in the warehouse racks (once trained)
• Lifting up to 70lbs unassisted
• Loading/unload trailers + palletizing and pallet wrapping

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience in a position performing similar duties
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus
