Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of Golden State Foods, seeks a Full-Time Freezer Picker for the Kent, WA location. The role uses Vocollect headsets to pick orders, operates warehouse equipment, and maintains a safe, organized workspace in a -10°F freezer environment.

Incoming candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work weekends/overtime, and commit to the 5:00 a.m. shift. Benefits start within 30 days and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use Vocollect headsets to accurately select orders based on voice instructions
• Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily goals
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Work in a freezer environment with temperatures ranging from zero to -10°F

This is a 5:00 a.m. shift. The position works a 4/10 schedule and requires overtime when needed.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Use Vocollect headsets to accurately select orders based on voice instructions

Pay & Benefits:

• $25.07 per hour
