KP Staffing is hiring for Warehouse Associates to support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. The role involves using barcode scanners, working in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining safety and accuracy across daily tasks.

Shifts run Monday–Friday with pay per hour: 1st shift $15.50 and 2nd shift $16.50. Training provided; no prior experience required. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a professional warehouse team.

Responsabilidades

• Picking products accurately based on customer orders or warehouse requests.
• Packing products safely and securely for shipment.
• Verifying product names, item numbers/SKUs, quantities, and order information.
• Receiving and unloading incoming merchandise and supplies.
• Checking received products for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
• Organizing and stocking products in designated warehouse locations.
• Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for shipment.
• Loading and unloading boxes, packages, and merchandise.
• Moving products and materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Using barcode scanners, computers, or other warehouse technology as needed.
• Inspecting products and packaging for visible damage or quality issues.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Following warehouse safety procedures and established operating processes.
• Meeting productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.
• Reporting damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or other issues to a supervisor.
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks and projects as assigned.
• Performing other duties as needed to support daily warehouse operations.

Job Description

Warehouse Associates may perform a variety of tasks throughout the facility, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory organization, product handling, and general warehouse support. The specific duties may vary based on daily business needs.

Shifts and Pay

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
Pay: $15.50/hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M.
Pay: $16.50/hour

• Ability to safely handle merchandise and warehouse materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 75 lbs safetly throughout the shift.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity while performing repetitive tasks.
