Work indoors in a temperature-controlled facility, picking and packing lightweight product with no significant heavy lifting.

No previous warehouse experience required — just reliability and the ability to keep pace in a production environment.

This is a Warehouse Associate — Picking/Packing opportunity based in Goodyear, AZ, working indoors in a temperature-controlled facility to pick and pack medical scrubs and apparel. It's a production environment with clear daily goals, but the physical demands are straightforward: the product is lightweight, with no significant heavy lifting — though you will be on your feet for the entirety of the shift.

Previous warehouse experience is a plus but genuinely not required. What matters more is reliability: showing up for your scheduled shift, keeping pace with the team, and meeting daily production targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of a shift
• Comfort working toward daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable personal transportation (see Location & Travel below)
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail

Compensation & Work Model

• $19.40/hr
• Onsite
• C Shift: Friday–Sunday, 4:45 AM–5:15 PM (12.5-hour shifts).
• Onboarding: AM Onboarding at 7:30 AM

Location & Travel

Goodyear, AZ, near W. Indian School Rd & Loop 303. Please note: there is no public transit or bus line that services this location, reliable personal transportation is required. This is especially important given the 4:45 AM shift start; please make sure you've thought through the commute before applying.
