Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our Exeter, PA location!

Shift: Mon-Thurs (Noon-10:30PM) or until tasks are completed.

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Perks: $1,000 sign-on bonus!! (Paid out as $500 after 6 months & $500 after 12 months of continuous employment as a full-time employee)!

Our warehouse associates perform activities such as parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking of trucks.

Responsibilities Include

• Receiving, Pulling, Scanning, Packaging, Staging & Loading product (tasks depend on assignment)
• Receiving and putting away inbound product to designated locations
• Pulling correct product from locations and delivering to staging area
• Accurately sorting & staging product in designated areas
• Stack-n-wrap product & loading into trailers or trucks
• Operating equipment (manual &/or powered) such as order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, pull carts, ladders
• Maintaining order & cleanliness of work areas
• Following company policies & procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members & management
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Great attention to detail
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb
• Must not be afraid of heights; capable of working at heights up to 30 feet

Work Environment

• Position requires standing for extended periods
• Facilities are not climate-controlled; tolerate high and low temperatures
