JH Larson Electrical Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Plymouth, MN location. The role is Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, focusing on accurate picking, packing, loading, and safe handling of materials.

You will operate power equipment, maintain organized storage areas, and support inventory accuracy while collaborating with a small team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred, including operation of power equipment.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick, fill, and pack orders to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Safely operate power equipment as needed to fulfill orders.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized; properly dispose of packing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory; report discrepancies to team lead.
• Communicate order status and inventory issues with other departments.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
