HKA Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 12-month contract with the potential to convert to direct hire. The position is onsite in Stockton, CA, paying $21.25 per hour with benefits beginning after 30 days.

You will perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Attendance is required for contract-to-hire.
• HS Diploma or GED with 1+ year warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and shipping/receiving.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Cycle counting and accurate data entry into scan gun / WMS.
• Store and scan parts to locations; operate battery-powered cart.
• Adhere to safety standards and VPS in the work area.

Warehouse Associate Contract:12-month contract to permanent hire PAY:21.25 Contract: 12-month contract with possible conversion to direct (this depends on your performance and attendance.) Interview Type: Onsite interviews are required, and you will be able to view the site.

Responsibilities:

• Completes assigned warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse and inventory control, while achieving the highest standards of Quality, Productivity, and Customer Service levels.
• Cycle Counter – accurately count parts in locations and enter information into scan gun accurately.
• store and scan parts to locations operate battery powered cart.
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Uses powered industrial equipment and process shipments of federally regulated goods, obtaining, and maintaining the required certifications and adhering to all Federal, State, and local laws.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining the required levels of performance (e.g., quality, productivity) within the assigned area.
• Complies with the Value-Added Production System (VPS) within the assigned area and maintains essential supplies on assigned equipment and/or work area, ensuring a safe and clean environment is maintained at all times.
• Receiving Sorter/ Put-away- remove parts from shipping cartons and check for accuracy, scan parts to WMS with scan gun, sort parts by location in warehouse accurately store and scan parts to locations.
• operate battery powered cart.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Steady work history2-3 years of relevant warehouse work experience.
• 2-3 year of previous logistics/distribution experience.
• Previous logistics or distribution experience will be required.

• Knowledge of the general warehouse industry, best practices, and techniques.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality – SAP preferred.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Language: Fluent English.
