Xcaliber International, Ltd., L.L.C. is a privately-owned tobacco product manufacturer located in Pryor, Oklahoma. Founded in 2000, Xcaliber International manufactures value-priced cigarettes with an emphasis on quality and state-of-the-art production methods.

The 136,000 square foot production facility in Pryor, Oklahoma is home to administration offices, production space featuring high-speed combination production lines, and 80,000 square feet of automated warehouse space and freight-handling facilities. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Pryor, Oklahoma manufacturing facility.

The Warehouse Associate will assist in the operations of cigarette manufacturing and packaging process, material handling of raw materials to meet production requirements, and help facilitate efficient production of high-quality tobacco finished goods. Employees are responsible for duties in assigned areas and cross-training for coverage in additional departments.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Production with material requirements for work centers per detailed work instructions.
  2. Ensure the proper materials are pulled from the designated stock location, as per scheduled work orders and pick ticket requirements.
  3. Inspect packaging of raw material to ensure a high quality is maintained within established quality guidelines.
  4. Communicate with other employees and supervision to ensure proper materials are being allocated to the appropriate work centers.
  5. Support and maintain an adequate level of raw materials to ensure continuous and efficient production.
  6. Ability to work in a team environment, learn new processes, and retain knowledge regarding various duties and department guidelines.
  7. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  8. Attention to detail, proactivity, and effective follow-through.
  9. Flexibility to perform in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
  • Forklift experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must be visually capable to distinguish differences in color and wording on product and to detect non-tobacco related materials.
