The Warehouse Associate will perform daily order pick, pack, and ship functions, repacking orders as needed; conduct quality reviews of incoming and outgoing shipments; and follow order flow and sequencing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, weighing and repacking orders as needed.
2. Manage merchandise order variation effectively.
3. Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to process and follow order sequence, adjusting to sequence changes.
4. Coordinate quality assurance requirements for incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection and release of prescription-level products.

Work Environment

The work environment is an indoor warehouse with a temperature-controlled climate. Floors may be concrete, laminate, or carpet. Employees must learn and follow safety protocols and are subject to random drug testing.

Work Hours

The schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with start times varying. Hours and shifts may change based on business needs. Overtime, holiday, or weekend work may be required.

Physical and Mental Demands

Active role requiring standing and walking for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and exert up to 75 pounds of force to move objects using equipment like pallet jacks. Constant use of upper extremities to reach, handle, and position products and tools. Safety vest must always be worn.
