Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $18 per hour or higher depending on experience

Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
2. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
3. Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
4. Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials accurately and promptly.
5. Maintain a clean workspace and participate with the team to keep the facility safe, clean, and accident-free.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range

$17.41 - $26.11

Estimated ranges are displayed as monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles.

This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans.
