Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft. Facility is situated in the Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit™ - the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operations in our fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring items are properly stored.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Follow company safety standards and report any hazards or equipment issues.
  • Ensure proper operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and LGVs (experience with LGVs is a plus).
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
  • Fluency in English required, Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is performed primarily in a manufacturing and production environment within a beverage manufacturing facility. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, automated and manual production equipment, wet or humid conditions, temperature variations, and moderate to high noise levels. Employees may be required to work on elevated work surfaces, platforms, ladders, or stairs, and in or around confined or restricted spaces in accordance with applicable safety procedures and training.

Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and must be worn at all times while on the production floor or in designated work areas, in accordance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, balance, push, pull, and use hands and arms to operate machinery, tools, and equipment. The role involves repetitive motions, sustained physical activity, and maintaining situational awareness in a dynamic production environment. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance. Work schedules may include extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production demands.
