Clinton Aluminum is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Norton, OH for all shifts with premium pay. The role involves setting up plate saws, inspecting stock, and moving heavy material with cranes and forklifts.

You will log inventory, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety during daily operations. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read a tape measure and setup instructions, and the physical capacity to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical: read a tape measure and interpret cut drawings, work orders, and setup instructions.
• Physical: lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, good depth perception and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plate saws and related cutting equipment, adjusting speed and blade tension as needed.
• Pull, inspect, and stage raw stock, checking thickness and imperfections before cutting.
• Use calipers and micrometers to ensure pieces meet tolerances and customer specs.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, vacuum lifters, and forklifts to move heavy material.
• Label pieces, record inventory transactions, and maintain traceability.
• Change saw blades, check fluids, perform preventative maintenance and daily cleanup.
