Base pay range

Position summary

Run and oversee an automated case-picking operation. Start up the system, process orders, monitor conveyors and labelers, resolve sequence issues, keep records, and uphold safety and GMP standards while working at pace on the night shift.

Core responsibilities

• Start, monitor, and troubleshoot automated picking, palletizing, stretch wrap, and labeling equipment
• Watch camera and conveyor merge points to prevent sequence errors and keep lanes moving
• Direct and train team members and cover positions as needed to maintain production
• Operate powered industrial trucks as needed and maintain required logs
• Communicate with supervisors and maintenance on mechanical issues
• Follow GMP, safety policies, and support audit readiness
• Accurately record time and production data

Skills and qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications
