Job summary

Target is seeking Warehouse Worker candidates in Thornton, CO. Roles start at an hourly rate of $25.20 with a range up to $30.09 per hour and potential shift differentials between $2.00 and $3.50 per hour. There is also room for pay growth based on tenure in the role.

Responsibilities include loading, packing, shipping, inventory movement, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while adhering to safety trainings and policies. Benefits and discounts are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs. using carts/hand trucks.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Work at heights up to 40 ft. on a mezzanine where applicable.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend safety trainings to learn safe warehouse practices.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Move inventory and freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
