Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in Joliet, IL to support a fast-paced distribution operation. You will pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests while following safety policies and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

The role requires lifting 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally, plus ability to operate pallets and forklifts with proper training. Competitive hourly pay with potential shift differential and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs. and move items using hand trucks and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings to work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Work quickly and safely to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
