Job Title: Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate safely operates a sit-down forklift to load and unload products from trucks and warehouse racking, while performing order processing and general material handling in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent mounting and dismounting of a forklift, careful handling of materials, and consistent attention to detail when processing work orders using a computer and printer.

Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load and unload products from trucks and move materials to and from warehouse racking.
Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse to support efficient material flow and order fulfillment.
Frequently get on and off the forklift throughout the day while maintaining safe practices and awareness of surroundings.
Use a computer and printer at a designated workstation to process orders and work orders accurately and on time.
Pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
Wrap pallets, skids, and other loads securely to prepare them for storage or shipment.
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including safe forklift operation and warehouse safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and support overall warehouse operations.

Essential Skills
