Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Brookshire, TX. The role requires operating a stand-up forklift, handling inbound and outbound orders, and using RF devices to ensure accurate, efficient order processing.

The position supports receiving, stocking, and pallet handling with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and pace in a busy warehouse environment. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Positive demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe and accident-free.
