Your role as a Warehouse Associate will allow you to serve staff and leaders and help provide creative solutions to drive CPC's short- and long-term goals. You'll join a creative and passionate team of individuals. This role offers plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and expand your knowledge!

Responsibilities:

• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick up customer orders.
• Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments.
• Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Life module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist Order Kitting and Receiving as needed.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Reading and writing skills to maintain records and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse related work experience.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience using Oracle.
• Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
