Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including maintenance and recognizing mechanical issues
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into WMS computer systems
• Work overtime as assigned
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility and self-drive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers, ensure correct scanning, train dock employees, and maintain facility security
• Perform picking and packing duties, check for product or container damage
• Handle materials according to policies and procedures
• Perform material moves and associated transactions
• Participate in team activities for self-improvement and operational efficiency
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
