Qualifications and Skills

Position Scope

Responsible for performing warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, and inventory control, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service for automotive retail centers.

Key tasks include:

• Picking and packing automotive parts; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.; operating equipment like stock chasers and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, sorting, and put-away: removing parts from cartons, scanning, sorting, and storing accurately.
• Cycle counting: accurately counting parts and updating inventory systems.

May lift up to 50 lbs. and operate battery-powered carts.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous logistics or distribution experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding of warehouse operations, best practices, and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication skills; ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Certifications.
