Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Utah to join our operations team. You will pick, pack, assemble, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality products reach customers.

The role offers a 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with hands-on training and opportunities to grow your skills. This fast-paced, active position requires standing, lifting up to 35 lbs, and working in a non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Proficient with keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator.
• Ability to communicate verbally.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight by unloading trailers, counting items, restacking pallets and using WMS to place into bays.
• Stage outbound freight by picking items from WMS, transferring items into totes and pallets, organizing into outbound lanes.
• Determine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers.
• Work independently with a sense of urgency to meet shipment deadlines.
• Follow the disposition playbook for returns.
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace; use SAP/ERP for inputs/outputs.

Job Description

Arvato is hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality products to our customers by picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm.

YOUR TASKS:

• Receive inbound freight by unloading trailers, counting individual items in boxes, restacking pallets and using WMS to place into bays.
• Stage outbound freight by picking items from WMS, transferring items into totes and pallets, and organizing into outbound lanes.
• Determine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers
• Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose
• Make decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines
• Follow Return’s disposition playbook
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace
• Use of computer and SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs
• Any other task as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift, less than 10 lbs.
• Ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator
• Ability to communicate verbally
• Are able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
