Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound activities, ensuring quality, safety and productivity standards are met. The role involves receiving, picking, packing and shipping products in a fast-paced distribution environment.
You will work Monday through Friday, with a 6:00am to 2:30pm shift, and have the opportunity to train on material-handling equipment. Prior warehouse exposure is welcomed, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.
$20.10 per hour - Bonus eligible: No
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (or task completed)
Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Operations and is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. It includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning. Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. It also handles efficient flow of products from the point of receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
The Warehouse Associate assists on inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. This job receives products in the inbound section and ships products in the outbound section.
